If your beard is already healthy, you might not think about using oil – but it’s always a good idea in order to keep it healthy. If you do have a dry, brittle beard, itchy skin, and things are just not in great shape, that’s even more reason to give this stuff a try. It only takes a couple of drops, and it can make a huge difference for your beard. Let’s dig in a little bit deeper to explain why this is our number 1 pick overall, out of the countless options to choose from.
Honest Amish has a number of beard products available, from waxes, oils, salves, along with things like lap balms, and even apparel as their brand has grown and become more recognizable and people want to rock that famous bearded Amish man on their attire.
But right now, we’re focusing on their premium beard oil, because it’s easily one of the very best options out there for taking great care of your facial hair, along with a host of other benefits.
Scent: Outdoors, cedarwood, vanilla.
This product combines the following oils:
There’s a reason Honest Amish are one of the most trusted brands in beard care. People appreciate that their products are high-quality, natural, and made from organic oils. The quality of the oil means everything when it comes to beard oil, and there is a stark difference between higher quality and lower quality oils. Honest Amish manages to offer their oils at a reasonable price when you consider the quality. It’s not the cheapest out there, but you pay a price for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you’re getting the real deal.
When you hear ‘beard oil’ there are a number of different types of oil that it can be referring to. Sometimes, it’s one or two blended together, sometimes it’s more than that. In this case, Honest Amish have combined a dozen different oils together, blended expertly to help beards thrive.
Argan and jojoba are two of the staple oils when it comes to beards, so it’s good to see them right at the top. These different oils bring unique combinations of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and all that good stuff that keeps your beard and skin healthy and on point.
Each oil serves a purpose, and this product has a lot more depth than the vast majority, which Honest Amish even highlights on their website, making note of the fact that many brands have jumped into the beard oil craze, but don’t necessarily understand the finer points of creating a truly exceptional product.
This beard oil blend has a rustic and woodsy scent, influenced by the Texas cedar-wood, but also a sweeter side, thanks to the vanilla and others.
Overall, this is an effective beard oil that’s packed with important ingredients, expertly assembled by a company that’s been at it for years. There’s a reason it’s the number 1 choice, not just according to us but according to just about everyone who tries it.
Recommendation: Pick up a bottle of this the next time you need to re-up your beard oil stash, because it’s objectively one of the best options out there, and all things considered, it’s our number one pick.
Another compelling reason to give it a try is the fact that Honest Amish stands by it 100%, if you aren’t stoked about your new oil, and it’s not everything you hoped for and more, just send it back to them and they’ll give you a full refund.
With 100% unrefined Jojoba and Argan oils, this unique blend is an expertly-crafted combination of 9 oils and essential oils. They include a generous amount of some of the higher-priced oils which allows them to be effective, rather than just including a tiny drop in order to make the ingredient label look better.
Northern Fir is based in Austin, Texas and its main ingredient comes from Arizona, the Sonoran Desert to be precise. This oil comes in a quaint bottle, like an old-timey medicine or something you would find in an authentic barber shop. It’s not about frills, gimmicks, or fancy labels – it’s a pure, authentic, quality product and that’s all there really is to it. In fact, you actually will find this at barbershops in Austin, and around the country. What sets Northern Fir beard oil apart from the crowd, and earns them the number 2 spot on our list? It’s the quality of ingredients, the care they put into the whole process of making it, and how good this stuff feels on your face. It’s made with intense care and attention to detail in small batches.
Scent: Woodsy, black pepper, very slight hint of patchouli.
Here’s the ingredient list:
It kind of smells like hike through nature, and it is inspired by hiking through the evergreen forests of the Appalachian Mountains. From the cedar wood, notes of black pepper, and a hint of juniper berry, it wears manly but also with a fun side.
This is a leave-in conditioner for your beard, and it’s super easy to use. You need 3 or 4 drops only, just drop them into one hand, rub your hands together, and massage it into your beard using your fingertips. Depending on the length of your beard, how much oil you like to use, and how often you use it, a bottle should last you a couple of months, so there’s a good value here.
If you have a shorter beard, it’s a great time to get started before you run into any issues. If you’ve got a longer beard, you’ll notice an improvement right away.
Northern Fir has explained that their oil is a little pricer than some of the options you’ll see out there, but it’s for a very good reason. Some of their ingredients cost upwards of $20,000 per gallon, and they aren’t just using trace amounts in order to add it to the ingredient list, they’re using significant amounts to give you the full benefits of every ingredient in this special blend of oils for your beard.
Australian Sandlewood is a good example of that, it’s the aforementioned very expensive ingredient, and many brands will add just a tiny amount in order to add it to the label, since it’s so sought-after. Northern Fir doesn’t skimp out on the good stuff, and they offer a complex and rewarding blend of oils and essential oils, like our #1 pick, but also slightly different.
In addition, they use 100% unrefined Jojoba and Argan oils, which are more expensive, but makes the oils much more effective.
Part of the cost of this product comes from the ultra high-quality ingredients they use, and part of it comes from the fact that it’s made very carefully in small batches, and both of those are factors that result in an excellent product for the type of guy who is extra discerning when it comes to his facial hair.
If you cherish your beard and want nothing but the best for it, this is an excellent choice made by a company that clearly cares about what they’re doing.
Recommendation: Looking to try something unique, with a scent that’s on the stronger side of the spectrum? This little bottle packs quite a punch. This is a must-have for any beardsman, in our estimation. Some may disagree, but they would be incorrect. It’s hard to imagine anyone not loving this product.
Pirates weren’t really known for having the cleanest beards, but you can adopt the finer points of the pirate lifestyle without having to sacrifice an ounce of swagger. This stuff smells great, goes on easily, and does the job just fine – and the cherry on top is that it’s priced very affordably. With a tea tree oil base, with apricot, jojoba, and more, it’s not the most complex mixture we’ve looked at, but it doesn’t need to be, either.
Rounding out our top 3 is this Bay Rum Beard Oil by Grave Before Shave. As you can tell by this brand’s name, they take their beards seriously and when it’s a life or death situation, you can count on them to take your beard seriously, too.
The Bay Rum scent is different than the other two we’ve featured thus far, both of those fall more onto the woodsy side of things, whereas this one falls more on the spicy, yet sweet side with the earthiness of bay rum, but a hint of coconut. It comes in a super handy little dropper bottle, which should in theory help it last longer, since you’ll be able to measure out your 2-3 drips of it more easily, so you won’t be wasting any.
Scent: Spicy, bay rum, coconut.
Here’s a look at the ingredient list:
It is blended for an emphasis on keeping your beard looking healthy, shiny, and on point. Also, the properties of this oil allow it to help condition the skin under your beard. Do you ever have issues with an itchy beard, or dandruff of the beard (aka beardruff)? If so, you should think about getting an oil and using it daily, before long you’ll notice the difference, and have a new-found appreciation for your beard. Treat your beard well, and it’ll treat you even better.
They don’t specify which essential oils are included, usually when we see this it’s because the company doesn’t want to give away their “secret recipe”, so to speak. It’s understandable, but it can pose an issue to people who are sensitive to certain oils, so it’s a good idea to try out the oil on a different part of your skin, like a small area on your your leg or something, just to make sure it’s not going to aggravate you.
Tea tree oil can be great. It’s not common to see apricot oil this high up on the ingredient list, and Jojoba oil is often the top ingredient in many other options, but Grave Before Shave have mixed things up with this one, and the result is an excellent option that’ll have your beard turning heads.
In addition to their oils, GBS also sells a lot of apparel and lifestyle items, in addition to a number of other male grooming products. Their brand is edgy, raw, and competitively priced so that anybody can attain a bottle, whether it’s your first one, or you’re looking to try something new. In any case, this one is unique enough that you can justify trying it out, even if you don’t need beard oil at the moment. It’s a good one to pick up along with another one, you might not want to use it every single day but you’ll be happy to have it in the arsenal.
Recommendation: If this brand appeals to you, you’re in for a treat – it’s an excellent option and certain worthy of a spot in your collection. Use it sparingly, it doesn’t take much, and that will ensure that your bottle lasts you a long time. You’ll miss it when it runs out.
The Ladies Man by Badass Beard Care is an oil that’s reasonably priced, made from quality ingredients, has a unique scent, and a great origin story that you can be proud to support. All in all, this is a great option, now let’s get into the details…
This product is made in the USA, by veterans, who want to help you protect your beard and to care for it. Beyond that, it can also help with dandruff, it can help to hydrate your skin, and it promotes healthy beard growth moving forward.
The scent is citrusy with lemon and orange, and a hint of sweet vanilla. It smells very natural, and even has natural aphrodisiacs, which are going to come in handy considering how sharp your beard is going to be looking. They say it’s the favorite among wives, girlfriends, and appeals to the fairer sensibilities of a woman.
Scent: Citrus, orange, vanilla.
They have a dozen other scents that might be worth checking out too, and even one called The Secret Agent that’s unscented if you’re looking for something neutral. They have The Pirate which smells like bay leaf and lime, The Outlaw (which his sweet tobacco, black pepper, and vanilla), The Patriot which is made with cedarwood, tea tree oil, rosemary, and patchouli… and plenty more to choose from. The point is, even if you’re not super keen on The Ladies Man, they’ll definitely have something else you’ll enjoy if you want to support this brand and get your hands on their excellent beard oils.
They have a whole line of beard care products from cleaning, softening, controlling, grooming, styling, and even vitamins for beard growth.
They don’t list the full ingredients of each of their formulations on their site, but they do have an overall list of any types of oils that may show up in any of their different blends. It’s not ideal, but we can only imagine it helps to prevent copycats from coming along and taking their formulations for some of the more unique scents, however we’d rather have the full ingredient list displayed whenever possible.
Despite that, we’re happy to support a quality product made by a fiercely American brand. This company was launched after the founder started putting together blends for his own beards and sharing it with some of his friends, and they liked it so much they insisted on being able to buy it.
The bases of their beard oils are made from apricot oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, pure vitamin E oil, eucalyptus oil, and tea tree oil. There also have many other oils that are used for adding scents, but once again, we’re not sure exactly which ones are in The Ladies Man. Regardless of what they are, they’re expertly blended and result in a unique, attractive scent.
Recommendation: Rather than being a woodsier scent meant to appeal to men, this one takes a different approach by aiming to appeal more to women, which will have the ladies loving your beard even more than normal.
This is a simple and straightforward oil for your beard. It doesn’t have a lot going on in terms of different scents or depth, but it does a good job for what it is – and is very inexpensive – so it has earned this spot on the list for being a solid overall value, and perfect for somebody who wants something more plain.
This unscented beard conditioner oil is made by Art Naturals and it’s one of the least expensive options we’ve looking at today. It’s simple stuff, there’s a minimal amount of ingredients, with no extra oils added for additional fragrance. There’s still a very faint smell to it of the oils that are included, which we’ll discuss in a moment, but it’s nowhere near as noticeable as some of the other options on this list that are crafted to hold a stronger fragrance.
It comes in an amber bottle with a dropper lid, and you get a generous 2 oz for a price that’s lowest than most of the 1oz bottles on this list. If you’re looking for a solid workhorse beard conditioning oil that you can use often and not have to worry about the cost, this is a good one to have on deck, especially when you aren’t interested in having any extra fragrance in your oil.
Scent: No added fragrance.
Here are the ingredients of this oil:
This is a leave-in product, there’s nothing to rinse out, you just rub it in with your fingers, and it’s good for the skin on your hands, too, not to mention the skin on your face underneath your beard which can often become neglected.
All of the oils they use are paraben free, cruelty free, and meet 100% natural standards.
It’s a very simple list of ingredients. We’ve seen plenty of bottles that have 5, 10, even a dozen different ingredients, and that can be great, the depth of some of the blends is just astounding, but sometimes you want something a little more simple, and that’s what this stuff is for.
This is an example of an oil that makes the list because it’s a solid value. It’s not the absolute best stuff out there, but it can definitely get the job done. It’s not a luxury product, but it is still up to the task. We’re including it because it’s a really good overall value when you weigh the quality and the price.
Recommendation: Looking for something plain and simple? We’ve got a couple different options of non-fragranced bottles on this list, and they’re both great, so it’s a toss up. Which one appeals to you more?
If you’re shopping for someone else and looking to give them one of these beard oils as a gift, this might be the best overall option. The packaging is some of the nicest we’ve seen and it helps protect the bottle to ensure that it makes to the recipient in one piece, whether that recipient is you or a friend. Obviously, you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, but this option is more than just a pretty face – it’s an excellent product on the inside, too.
The name of this blend is Wisdom, and it’s made by Can You Handlebar. It comes in a 1 oz amber dropper jar, and is made from safe, all-natural oils, and doesn’t contain any nut oils.
This brand started off with a stolen crockpot and the ambition to create a high-quality everyday moustache wax, and that’s exactly what they did, before expanding the line to include a number of different grooming products for men. They pride themselves on the motto “Nothing to Hide”, which results in a transparency when it comes to their products, their process, and exactly what their customers are putting on their treasured beards.
Scent: Outdoors, fresh lumber, lemon.
Here’s a rundown of the ingredients:
This product is made in America, in Mt. Clemens, and they put a lot of effort into ensuring that each and every bottle is crafted with the care and respect that your beard deserves. They put an emphasis not just on quality, but on quality control, taking a hands-on approach.
It’s great for people who already have a few inches of growth, but even shorter beards can benefit greatly from proper care. The good news is it doesn’t take much, just a few drops rubbed into your beard and you’ll notice increased softness, healthier skin, and more. Beyond making your beard healthier, it’ll also make it look better, make it easier to style, and remove any brittleness. Make sure you take a “before” picture before you start using it, so you’ll have a frame of reference.
As far as the scent itself is concerned, this oil has hints of freshly cut lumber, and lemon. A surprising combo, it hits that woodsy vibe perfectly but with a hint of citrus. The essential oils that they use to hit the right notes with the scents will come in slowly throughout the day, so you’re feeling just as fresh when the sun goes down as you did when it came up.
In addition to the Wisdom scent that almost smells like freshly cut lumber, they also have another one called Initiative that has stronger citrus notes, and Animated that smells like coffee. They’re all made with high-quality oils, with fragrances defined by the essential oils that are added, varying by scent.
In addition to their list of quality ingredients, there’s a list of stuff that none of their products contain. This list includes things like fake scents, petroleum products, nut oils, parabens, or chemical fixatives.
It’s important not to use too much of it, you don’t want your beard to look or feel like it’s oily. Just a couple of drops should be enough, and another drop or two for each additional inch of length in the beard.
Recommendation: There are a lot of woodsy/outdoors scents to choose from, and we’d probably put Northern Fir near the top of that list, but this is an excellent alternative none the less – and the scents are still noticeably different – so who says you can’t try both? You’re not planning on shaving anytime soon, right? So, it’s not like you can’t order an extra bottle here or there to try, you know you’ll be getting plenty of use out of them.
This beard oil by Ranger is about as simple as it gets, in all the best ways. It has only two ingredients, it’s all organic, it’s fragrance-free, and it’s a great value for the money. Easy to use, great packaging, and this should be a staple in most guy’s collections.
This super highly rated oil does a great job of moisturizing the skin underneath the beard, along with the beard itself. If you have any issues with itching or dandruff, this stuff can help a great deal. When it comes to growing a healthier beard, and also keeping it looking right, this product fits the bill. It’s affordable, you don’t need to use very much at all.
There are no fillers, no added fragrances, no additives at all, no parabens, no GMOs, and the product hasn’t been tested on animals.
This product comes in an amber jar to help extend its shelf life and has a dropper lid to make it easy to use and to make sure you’re getting the perfect amount for each application. Just rub it into your beard gently, make sure it’s all covered, and don’t overdo it – that’s all there really is to it. Basic beard care goes a long way in the overall health of the beard, but also the appearance. It’ll feel better, it’ll look better, and it’s so easy to do that most people end up enjoying the few moments they spend each day on drastically improving their facial hair and skin.
This product is great for long beards but can also be very helpful with preventing or eliminating the itchiness that can come along with a new beard. It’s versatile, so whether your beard is brand new, short, medium, or down to your waist – you can benefit from a simple, high-quality oil such as this.
If you like to wear cologne or other fragrances, and don’t want your beard’s scent to clash, then a fragrance-free option like this is crucial.
While it’s possible to mix and match a beard fragrance that could complement your cologne, it’s a whole can of worms, and it’s easier to just stick to getting your scent from one or the other, and not both.
Another benefit of a fragrance-free oil like this one is that there are simply fewer ingredients, which is particularly useful for people with more sensitive skin, since it’s much easier to narrow down what might be causing issues and to avoid certain ingredients when there are hardly any. Having said that, there’s a time and a place for some of the masterfully blended oils that have a dozen different oils in them, too.
Recommendation: All in all, as far as unscented beard oils are concerned, this one right here steps up to the plate and hits a home run. The value is there, it’s not the cheapest but there’s no filler or anything else in here that shouldn’t be, and the 2 oils in here are both 100% pure, cold pressed, and unrefined. It’s the good stuff, so it’s a little more expensive than some options out there, but considering the quality, it’s well worth the price of admission.
This oil is made by Wild Willies, and it’s another great value product. You get 2 oz for a low price, it’s pretty great quality stuff, comes in an excellent container that makes it super easy to use, and is packed with a host of excellent oils that will keep your skin and your beard feeling fresh, soft, and looking great.
Their blend contains all-natural ingredients, key vitamins, and essential oils. They’re using a customized formulation which they created, with the goal of being the absolute best product out there. Granted, they may not be our number 1 pick overall, but in this price range, you would be hard-pressed to find something better.
We’ve seen a lot of bottles and jars that use droppers or just very small openings, but this one has a really nice pump system that claims that it’ll save you money since you can get the perfect amount of product out without wasting any. This design was voted #1 in consumer tests last year and chosen as the favorite by the most people, and for good reason.
Scent: Cedarwood, tea tree, rosemary.
Here’s a look at their ingredients:
Let’s be real, getting the oil out of the container isn’t a huge inconvenience with any style we’ve seen, but this is still one of the nicer ones. It’s not a make or break kind of thing, if this oil wasn’t up to par, the container alone wouldn’t get this product on the list, but it’s an all-around great offering and the pump system is a nice bonus.
This product helps to condition and treat your beard from the inside out, by stimulating hair follicles that help lead to growth, strength, and an all-around healthier beard that won’t itch, and will look downright dashing.
All of Wild Willies’ products are hand-crafted in the United States of America, and this oil is no exception. They don’t use any chemicals, they don’t use any preservatives, and they don’t use any colorants. It’s formulated to be as safe as possible, with minimal risk of allergies or causing any kind of irritation to more sensitive skin, since they aren’t adding a bunch of extra stuff like preservatives.
It all comes together to create a blend that has a strong earthy/woodsy scene, with a less common profile of oils, starting off with apricot and grapeseed, and not including jojoba until much lower down on the list than we’re used to seeing.
Recommendation: There’s nothing wrong with being unique and trying something different, and that’s a great reason to try out this oil. It’s very reasonably priced, comes in a great package, the branding looks cool, and the product itself is great stuff.
Don’t let the long-winded ingredient list worry you too much, this sunflower-oil based option is a bit different than some of the ones we’ve looked at, but definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a stronger scent that will have people wanting to get closer to you.
This 1oz supply should last you at least a month, and probably longer since you can be more precise which each drop you use, thanks to the little dropper it comes with.
Proraso has hit it out of the park with their Cypress & Vetyver blend of oils. It is designed to tame, soften, and protect the hair in longer beards, while also helping to care for the skin beneath. It’s crucial to care for longer beards on a regular, if not daily, basis. With shorter beards, they may be a little more neglected, but starting early is a great way to ensure that it grows into a healthy and prosperous beard. Even if you’re just starting out, it’s a good idea to take care from day 1.
Scent: Woodsy, spicy.
Here’s a look at the ingredients:
To use it, you just need to wash your beard, like in the shower, and then put a couple drops of this stuff into your hands, and rub it in. It’s that easy, like every other oil on this page. As far as personal care and grooming stuff goes, it’s about as easy as it can get. Plus, it’s good for your hands, so that’s two birds with one stone.
It has a wood and spice type of smell to it, and don’t be surprised if you start getting a lot of compliments. It might clash with cologne, as it’s got a relatively noticeable scent, so that’s something to keep in mind, too. If you want an oil that won’t clash with cologne, there are some that aren’t scented, but this isn’t one of them.
While some of the brands we’ve featured are new to the game, Proraso has been at it for decades, so it’s not something they just picked up to chase a trend – they’re in it for the long haul.
As you can tell, some of those ingredients aren’t quite like the others. Now, some people are only looking for an oil that has ingredients that they can pronounce, and that’s not a bad idea at all.
Having said that, sometimes the names of ingredients can sound a lot more intimidating than they actually are. For example, Tocopheryl Acetate is a form of Vitamin E. Limonene is a major component found in the oil of citrus fruit peels. Pentaerrythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate is a stabilizer found in cosmetics, that works as an antioxidant.
This oil has been dermatologically tested, it’s free of any silicones, it’s free of parabens, and it helps not only soften and protect beard hair, but also helps prevent dryness in the hair and skin, and can help keep those stray hairs in check, too.
Recommendation: We’ve seen a lot of new start-up brands enter into this space, and some more established brands continue their traditions of quality. There’s something nice about finding a new kind of quirky brand, but there’s also something to be said about a good, time-tested classic – and that’s exactly what this one is.
Rounding out our top choices is this Tea Tree beard oil by Beardbrand. With hundreds, perhaps thousands of different options to choose from, making it anywhere on the top list is nothing to scoff at. At a certain point, it’s all going to be good quality, so it comes down to personal preference, or which scent you like, or if there are certain ingredients that you care about more than others.
Beardbrand describes using this oil like living on a Swiss mountaintop and taking a deep breath of the crisp morning air. That might be a tiny bit of a stretch, but it’s still a great product none the less. The scent of this oil is clean, crisp, and cool.
One thing that’s important to point out is that their ingredient list looks a lot different than most other beard oils at first glance, but it’s because they’re using the less common names for a handful of the ingredients. It has a more exotic or unique ring to it, but some consumers won’t recognize that it’s still the same types of oils we’ve seen in other options.
Scent: Fresh, crisp.
Here’s the ingredient list:
It’s worth pointing out that the ingredients are listed normally on their website, but the bottle and their Amazon listings use the fancier names for everything.
The instructions say to use 3 or 4 drops, and that each bottle is a one month supple. The bottles are one ounce, and come in small glass containers with screw-off lids and a piece of plastic inside that allows you to drip the oil out of it, into your hands, and finally onto your beard as you diligently massage it in.
It’s also worth pointing out that they keep their specific fragrance blends close to their chests, rather than some brands who publish the full ingredient list. They also acknowledge that you should start by testing this product on a small area of your skin, rather than on your face, in case you have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients used for fragrance. So, if you are allergic to something, it sounds like you’ll just have to try it out for yourself, so in that case, it’s probably a better idea to choose one of the different options from our list here.
It’s understandable why they’d want to keep it a secret because they’ve been around for years now and are an influential brand and they are probably rightfully concerned of copycats coming along and taking the blends they’ve worked hard to perfect. None the less, it’s not ideal from a customer’s perspective in cases where one may have allergies. If you don’t have allergies, you don’t need to consider it a negative.
Recommendation: It’s not at the top of our list, but it still managed to secure a spot on the top ten, which means this brand is in very good company among of very top choices. You can’t go wrong with any of the options on this list, whichever one jumps out and appeals to you the most is going to be the best choice. Just because this one is at the bottom of the top 10, it’s still in the top 10. A lot of it has to do with preference, what you’re looking for, what you’re hoping to achieve… Which is why we always recommend to try more than one, if you can afford it, since they’ll last you a long time, it’s time to have variety, and then when it’s time to re-order you can truly find your favorite.
The best oils and the ones you should be looking into are the ones that mostly consist of carrier oils and some fine smelling essential oils. The carrier oils are the ones that do all the magic though, and they are the ones you will usually find in most nourishing and repairing beauty products. They are the ones that make your skin healthy and give your beard much needed vitamins and care.
From our research, the best beard oil contains at-least one of these carrier oils:
These carrier oils are then combined with essential oils for smell. This is all based on personal preference. For instance you may like a pine scent while others like undertones of vanilla.
Wait, isn’t extra oil bad for me? Well, when you have a beard, it doesn’t quite work like that anymore, and here is why – there are glands under the roots of your hair that produce that oily substance that moisturizes your skin and protects it but once your beard becomes real long – the base oil the skin can produce becomes insufficient. This is what causes bad skin, dandruff, and itching. This is exactly why no beard should go without proper care.
Another part of the product are the essential oils. As the name might imply – they are the ones that give the oil its sense and essence and they are the ones that you will smell as soon as you open the bottle and what other people will smell when they stand next to you to admire your glorious mane.
It is important to mention that the scent they give out is not too strong, and will not turn you into a walking cloud of odors. You will have nice smelling beard, but not the one that is choking everyone that gets within a 10 foot radius. Typically the scents come from the likes of cedar or maple wood all the way to the fruit and citrus spectrum of lemon and orange. There are numerous scents and you will quickly find the one perfect for you, or one with no scent at all, if that is what you like the most.

The best way to teach yourself to use oil daily would be to blend it with some other things you do every day, preferably every morning. After you are done showering, make sure your beard is completely dry and ready for the treatment. The treatment is very quick and easy, even though the name suggests a cumbersome task.
All you need to do is drip a couple of drops of oil into your hands, then rub it on the palms of both of your hands and rub it into the beard. The amount of oil will vary depending on the size of your beard, but you will quickly find the perfect volume necessary to cover it all without making it greasy.
And just like that, you are ready, protected and healthy every morning and your beard is that much better for it. Just remember to brush your teeth before you apply oil.
